Laser Inspection Machine

Our laser inspection machine detects any foreign objects among the olives using advanced laser technology. Sensors analyze each olive’s characteristics, and if imperfections or contaminants are detected, they are automatically removed—ensuring the highest product quality.

Pitting Machine

The pitting machine positions each olive in front of pushers that extract the pit without damaging the fruit, while disks and guides stabilize it. This fast and precise process is ideal for industrial production of pitted or stuffed olives.

Continuous Stuffing Machine

This machine transports and aligns the olives, automatically stuffing them—e.g., with peppers. It ensures a continuous and precise flow of olives into the stuffing process, improving production efficiency.

Robotic palletizing cell

This machine automatically picks up the packaged product using robotic arms and stacks it neatly on pallets. Its purpose is to automate the end of the line, streamlining the palletizing process and preparing the goods for shipment.
