Once again, HUTESA joins Fuente de Piedra in its festivities and in one of its most cherished traditions: the Horseback Ribbon Race.
Some places become part of a story because they appear in it. Others, over the years, become part of who we are.
For HUTESA, Fuente de Piedra is one of those places.
In the early 1990s, HUTESA established itself in this municipality in Málaga and began building a fundamental part of its history here. More than 30 years later, we continue to be part of Fuente de Piedra, with our facilities, our team and many stories shared with the people who live and work in the municipality.
That is why, when September arrives and Fuente de Piedra celebrates its local festivities, it is also a special time for HUTESA.
HUTESA, alongside Fuente de Piedra during its festivities
On 8 September, Fuente de Piedra once again filled its streets with a festive atmosphere to mark the Patron Saint’s Day and celebrated one of its most eagerly awaited events: the traditional Horseback Ribbon Race.
Horses, riders, local residents, families and visitors came together once again around a tradition that forms part of the identity and history of this municipality in Málaga.
HUTESA wanted to be present as a sponsor of the festivities and share this special day with local residents. During the celebration, members of the HUTESA team also accompanied the Mayor of Fuente de Piedra, Siro Pachón, and the Councillor for Youth, Cristóbal Fernández.
The Horseback Ribbon Race in Fuente de Piedra is one of those traditions that continues to be passed down from generation to generation, bringing the whole town together around a shared celebration. Year after year, this event keeps alive the connection with the customs and identity of Fuente de Piedra.
More than 30 years as part of Fuente de Piedra
At HUTESA, we know that a company does not grow in isolation from the place where it is based. It grows together with the people who work there, with the families that form part of its surroundings, and with the town that has accompanied its development.
Fuente de Piedra has witnessed a large part of HUTESA’s journey. From our early years of growth to the arrival of new generations, the development of our facilities and our international expansion, this municipality has always been present in our history.
And we continue looking ahead from the same place where we built an essential part of our project.
That is why joining Fuente de Piedra during its festivities is also a way of celebrating everything we share and of continuing to stay close to our town.
Because there are places where you simply are.
And there are places that become part of who you are.
Fuente de Piedra. This is where we come from.
